"State Farm is an excellent insurance company, just find a different agent. After I signing multiple policies, I never saw the agreed upon monthly bill. Ever month was higher than the previous. I began calling the office and leaving messages. Sarah talked to me twice, then ignored the next 5 messages. Toni never called me back after leaving 7 messages for her. I signed with another agency and have had the best experience. They have fixed all the mistakes the Toni Threadgill agency incurred, as well as finding additional discounts. State Farm corporate was amazing in helping us get everything resolved."

"Their communication is awful, they never get back to you when you have questions, comments or concerns. Zero out of five for sure. Have moved to Farmers Insurance, for both my vehicles. I would highly recommend. They have open communication and are willing to answer any questions you have."

"Catherine was my agent and said all I needed was pictures of my roof to confirm my policy. I sent pictures thinking it was good. I get another phone call that I needed more pictures because there was suppose to be damage on a roof and she wouldn’t explain were all this was coming from. I complied. She said I was good to go on my house policy. She then calls me again and asks for a survey of my land because I said a trailer was close to my property line, and it wasn’t mine, I claimed and that there was no damage to my roofs on my house or shed. She was vague on answering me as were all this was coming from and I would in no way send my survey and it was none of their business how much acres I owned. They canceled my home insurance and was quick to take payment before. This was the worse experience I have ever dealt with on an insurance company. Catherine was not honest and made my experience not worth doing business with this company. I find out from an insurance agent that the prior owner tried to do a roof scam and was caught. I assume it was this company. Sad how your considered to be a liar and they are the ones that are lying the whole time."

"I was searching for car insurance for the last 3 days because my insurance company (elephant) lied to me about the reason why the rate hike were going in effect on my policy so I waited, today I received a text from my agent Mr Stephen Smith about he can confirm a lower rate so I called him today to go over the rates that I was quoted and try to match what I had with Elephant, Mr Smith was very polite and he found me the lowest rate and matched my old policy with elephant there was only a 7 cents difference, now if I wouldn't have received that text from Mr Smith I would have been paying almost $248 more on my policy and that's a 6 months policy at almost $1,000 and it didn't make sense, sometimes you have to shop for the best rates I even went into the Jerry app to find a better rate and they gave me 26 companies but none of them was lower than what Mr Smith found me, with State farm which is an A-rated company, and the reason why I'm giving him five stars is because I spoke to five different agents including my previous agent at elephant (they all lied), and Mr Smith was the only one that was honest and straightforward with me, he explained to me and show me the difference in every aspect of the policy I had and the policy I will receive from State farm and once we analyze it the State farm policy was better the only difference was the legal assistance that I had with elephant. I thank Mr Smith for giving me the lowest rate and being honest with me, sometimes salesman think of their self and not the consumer and are not honest with people but Mrs Smith was honest and helpful and that's why I signed with State farm today because honesty is the best policy, I know it's a cliche but that means a lot to a lot of people."
