A General Manager to oversee office operations, manage team objectives, and support customer relationship activities. This position focuses on maintaining effective processes and coordinating team engagement as well as stepping in to help out when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily business functions and ensure operational consistency.
  • Coach team members on performance goals and customer service standards.
  • Participate in marketing and community initiatives.
  • Monitor progress toward agency objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Communicate daily with agency owner results, needs, and challenges.
Qualifications
  • Previous management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Must meet applicable state licensing requirements.
